Paradis led by Historia Reiss is a custom fictional civilization by JakeWalrusWhale. It is from the anime/manga series "Attack on Titan" ("Shingeki no Kyojin" in Japan).

This mod requires Brave New World.

Overview

Paradis

Eldia is a nation that is currently located on Paradis Island which is chiefly populated by the Subjects of Ymir, a race that used to be able turn into Titans if injected with a serum.

Historia Reiss

In Attack On Titan, Historia Reiss is the current Queen of the Walls. She is a graduate of the 104th Cadet Corps and a former member of the Survey Corps, where she went by the name Christa Lenz. She is also the illegitimate child of the nobleman Rod Reiss and the last remaining member of the Reiss royal family.

Dawn of Man

"Historia Reiss, the Queen of the Walls. You were disowned by your royal blood, wished dead by your own mother. You fought for the Survey Corps, see the horrible atrocities that go on outside the Walls. You've faced the horrible Titan threat, the fall of your comrades... But you pushed forward. You survived during your time in the Military. Until one day, the Military discovered your royal blood. You slew your father, after he became a massive Titan and attempted to take the Founding Titan for myself. Thus, you were accepted by the people of Paradis, hailed as the Queen of the Walls. You were Queen during the Return to Shiganshina, the War against Marley, and the Battle of Heaven and Earth; ensuring the freedom of the Eldians for the years to come.

Art by JakeWalrusWhale Subjects of Ymir Gains culture and gold from meeting new civilizations, finding new regions of the map, and exploring city ruins. On the outbreak of war, all built walls are destroyed to spawn friendly Pure Titans until peace is made.
Art by JakeWalrusWhale Survey Corps (Longswordsman, or Explorer with Enlightenment Era) Unlocked at Physics and Doesn't obsolete. +1 Movement and +25% strength when starting on an improvement, forest/jungle, or city. Can purchase unique "Omni-Directional Mobility" promotions with gold that increase combat strength and effectiveness against certain units as you unlock new resources.
Omni-Directional Mobility Promotions: Anti-Personnel: Requires 1 Coal and 100 Gold. Stronger. +50% combat strength against melee and ranged units. Thunder Spear: Requires 1 Aluminum and 200 Gold. Stronger. Ranged. Must set up to attack. +200% Combat Strength against armored units.
Art by JakeWalrusWhale Titan (Standalone) Can't be trained. Defeating enemies has a chance to create one of the Nine Titans. When created, Titans have slightly more strength than your current strongest unit. You can only have one of each Titan at once, with each one being unique. Using its ability, if it has one, will expend the Titan.
Titan Abilities: Armored: +50% Combat Bonus when defending. Attack: +33% strength. Beast: Has a powerful ranged attack, but must set up to attack. Has the ability to turn adjacent friendly units into Pure Titans*. Cart: +2 Movement, +15% Flank Attack Bonus. Adjacent allies gain +1 Movement. Colossal: Upon using its ability, instantly kill all adjacent units, including allied units. Adjacent cities are also damaged. Fallout is left behind. Female: Can summon 1-2 Pure Titans* nearby. Founding: Can summon 3-4 Pure Titans* at your Capital. There's a small chance for these to be one of the 9. Jaw: +1 Movement. +25% Damage vs Armored Units. Can move after attacking. Warhammer: +50% Damage vs Cities. *Pure Titan: Normal Titan. Lasts until not at war.
